2004 Pharmacy Satisfaction Digest

The results from the 2004 Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Pharmacy Satisfaction Digest highlight pharmacy customer concerns and points of satisfaction. The WilsonRx® Pharmacy Survey, a survey of more than 25,000 households, measures satisfaction on more than 40 pharmacy-related issues affecting consumers' overall pharmacy store experiences.

The goal of this digest is to help evaluate pharmacy customer expectations, satisfaction and use patterns with respect to new and refilled prescriptions, pharmacy benefits and health insurance issues.
